Privacy policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy is short because the data practice is simple. Don't Work Harder collects as little as possible and sells nothing.

What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address and a label recording which form you used (for example, the course or the launch list). We do not ask for your name, and we do not require anything else.

Why we collect it

Your email address is used to send you the content you asked for: the free course, occasional articles, and, if you joined the launch list, news about the book. The source label is used only to send relevant messages and to understand which pages are useful.

Who we share it with

Your email address is stored with our email provider, Kit (ConvertKit), which processes it on our behalf so we can send you messages. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with anyone, for any reason.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or collect personal data. It tells us, in aggregate, which pages are read. It does not track you across the web. This is why you will not see a cookie banner here.

Your choices

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, which removes you immediately. You can also ask us to delete your data entirely. To make any request about your data, reply to any email we send you.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email.
